Record Iron Ore (Pellets) Loading at Visakhapatnam Port
A record-breaking 50,450 MT of Iron Ore (Pellets) was successfully loaded onto MV GCL Narmada at West Quay-1 (WQ1) for AM/NS India, using Harbour Mobile Cranes (HMCs). This achievement surpasses the previous record of 44,374 MT, loaded on MV Jal Kalpataru at West Quay-2 on 26th April 2023.

Orca Logistics is proud to have played a pivotal role in Visakhapatnam Port Authority’s record-breaking dispatch of 2,41,263 MT of Metallurgical Grade Bauxite in 59 railway rakes during October 2023 — surpassing the previous record set in 2011.
A record quantity of 32,780 M. Tonnes of OXIDE FINES IN BULK of M/S ANMS discharged from M.V.AMORE at WQ-3 Berth on 26th January – 2025 under the agency of M/s. Jyothi Shipping Pvt Ltd, Stevedores M/s Orca Logistics and handled by HMC operator M/s. Seapol Port Pvt Ltd, duly surpassing previous record quantity of 23,030 M. Tonnes of OXIDE FINES IN BULK that was discharged from m.v AGIA EIRINE FORCE at WQ-3 on 1st December 2022.
📢 New Record in Bulk Cargo Handling!
We are thrilled to announce that Orca Logistics Pvt Ltd, as stevedores, has successfully discharged a record quantity of 19,160 metric tonnes of Bentonite in bulk from m.v. SOLDOY at West Quay – 3 on 5th March 2025. This milestone surpasses the previous record of 19,053 metric tonnes, set on 7th November 2021 from m.v. PRIONAS at East Quay – 9.
This remarkable achievement was made possible through the dedication and efficiency of our team, along with the support of M/s. Seapol Port Pvt Ltd, handling operations as HMC operators, and M/s. Jyothi Marine Services Pvt Ltd, the steamer agents for the vessel.

A record-breaking 22,189 MT of Limestone (in bulk) was successfully discharged from m.v. GCL YAMUNA at West Quay – 1 on 6th April 2025 for our esteemed client M/s Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Pvt. Ltd.
This achievement surpasses the previous record of 21,309 MT, set on 13th March 2025 from the M.V. VISHVA DIKSHA for M/s Steel Authority of India Limited.
